Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Residential Behavioral Management Specialist to support youth and families within our Ohio residential programs. You will provide direct care, behavior management, and clinical support aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, assisting with daily operations, and delivering crisis counseling and educational groups. A 21+ year old minimum, Diploma/GED, and valid Ohio license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of behavioral health experience or a Bachelor’s in Human Services related field is desired.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and related clinical support to youth and families.
• Assist in transportation when assigned to other program needs.
• Provide behavior management and document behavior modification.
• Assist teachers/staff with daily area operations and attendance.
• Communicate with parents and referring agencies; coordinate transportation when needed.
• Provide crisis and/or individual counseling and youth groups.
• Lead or assist psych-educational groups based on needs.
• Contribute to behavioral management across the residential campus and perform other duties as required.
