Job summary

The Village Network in Ohio is seeking a Behavioral Management Specialist - Residential to provide direct care and clinical support for youth in residential settings. The role includes behavior management, documentation, and coordination with families and referring agencies.

Qualifications include a Diploma or GED with 3+ years in behavioral health or a BA in a related field; a valid Ohio driver’s license is required for client/home visits.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a Diploma/GED with 3+ years of behavioral health experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field preferred.
• Proficiency in documenting and communicating with families and referring agencies.
• Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and clinical support aligned with mission and values.
• Perform behavior management and documentation of behavior modification.
• Coordinate transportation and assist with attendance and communication with parents/liaisons.
• Deliver crisis or individual counseling and group psycho-educational activities.
• Assist with daily operations and meal supervision in residential setting.
