Job summary

A summer camp organization is hiring coaches for youth baseball and softball camps in California, emphasizing personal accountability and leadership. Ideal candidates will engage with children, ensure safety, and execute camp curriculum. Positions offer $18.50 to $22.00 per hour based on experience. Candidates must have a passion for teaching, reliable transportation, and be available Monday to Friday for a minimum commitment of 4-6 weeks during the summer.

Qualifications

• Commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day.
• Reliable transportation to travel to each site.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp.
• Execute Angels Baseball Camps Curriculum daily.

Skills

Experience working with children ages 4-13

Coaching or playing baseball/softball at a high school level
