Job summary

A youth sports organization in California is seeking Coaches for their summer baseball and softball camps. Ideal candidates will inspire children aged 4-13 while teaching them skills in a fun and safe environment. Responsibilities include managing camp activities, executing camp curriculum, and providing guidance. Additional perks include outdoor work, opportunities to make a positive impact, and eligibility for free tickets to select games. Positions are available from June to August, with competitive pay rates based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp.
• Execute San Francisco Giants Baseball Camps Curriculum daily.
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games.
• Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow from.
• Work together with other team members to uphold the reputation.

Skills

Experience working with children ages 4-13

Experience coaching and/or playing baseball/softball
