Job summary

A summer youth camp organization is seeking energetic Coaches/Counselors for its baseball and softball camps across the Bay Area. Candidates should have experience working with children ages 4-13 and be passionate about teaching while providing leadership. Positions require a commitment from June 8 to August 14, 2026, with responsibilities including ensuring a safe environment, motivating campers, and executing the curriculum. Conduct your job in various locations including San Francisco and Danville, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Commitment Monday to Friday for at least 3-5 weeks during camp.
• Reliable transportation to camp locations.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment.
• Manage and motivate campers daily.
• Execute curriculum daily under Site Director's direction.
• Provide feedback during drills and games.
• Highlight teachable moments.
