Job summary

A youth athletics organization is seeking energetic Coaches/Counselors for their summer camps in California's Bay Area. Duties include ensuring a safe environment for campers, managing daily activities, and executing camp curriculum. Ideal candidates will have experience with children aged 4-13 and a passion for teaching. Work is outdoors, and commitment is Monday through Friday, for approximately eight hours daily, from June through August. Positions are available at various locations, including Napa.

Qualifications

• Be prepared to commit Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day for a minimum of 3‑5 weeks.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day.
• Execute the curriculum under the direction of the Site Director.
