Job summary

Bellin Health's Emplify Health division in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Youth Apprenticeship Administrative/Clerical role. This is a casual part-time position located at 744 S Webster Ave, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, suitable for high school juniors or seniors seeking experience in a healthcare front desk setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
• Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboard skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate registration process of patients while meeting payor requirements.
• Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff.
