Job summary

Bellin Health's Ashwaubenon Clinic is seeking a Patient Admissions Representative to ensure accurate patient registration and payer compliance. You will handle phone inquiries and coordinate information between patients, physicians, and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma with related coursework in medical insurance and terminology; previous hospital or clinic admitting experience is preferred. Monday–Friday schedule, occasional Saturday morning shift, and benefits support work-life

Qualifications

• High school diploma and post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
• Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboard skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, and customer service and decision-making skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate registration process of patients while meeting payor requirements.
• Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff.
