Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Patient Admissions Representative-Specialty Clinic in Green Bay, WI. The role entails registering patients accurately to meet payer requirements and handling calls, coordinating with physicians and staff, and supporting front desk processes.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule and no weekends or holidays. Training and opportunities for growth are emphasized in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
• Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboard skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service, and decision-making skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in a timely, complete, and accurate manner while meeting payer requirements.
• Manage telephone calls and communicate information with patients, physicians, and staff.
