Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ability to relate to school staff and parents professionally.
• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
• Flexible and able to adjust to changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing unit lesson plans and daily classroom activities.
• Ensure sign-in/out by parents/guardians.
• Maintain safe, attractive learning environment.
• Organize center events (field trips, pictures).
• Follow MSDE regulations and YMCA policies.
