Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.00 Hourly
The Youth Advisory Committee Coordinator/ Post High School Readiness. The Primary role is to oversee the YAC youth, activities, and ensuring YAC goals, community projects and CSNA come to fruition. Additionally, this position will also facilitate Post High School Readiness Activities. The YAC Coordinator maintains a flexible, organized, and efficient work schedule and is subject to work more than a normal workday and be on call to facilitate program services.
Ability to clearly read, write, and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders.
Requires computer proficiency and the ability to effectively operate standard office equipment.
Must be available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and hours outside the regular workday, based on organizational needs.
Obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR, AED certification and/or Handle with Care certification as required by funder.
Maintain a valid driver's license and status as a qualified driver under the Company's Vehicle Safety Guidebook standards.
Must maintain reliable transportation with required registration and vehicle insurance as required by funder.
Required Bilingual (English/Spanish)
This position involves daily interaction at various client locations, with work schedules subject to change based on operational needs. The work environment may include noise levels ranging from mild to moderate. Essential functions of the position require extended periods of driving, exposure to varying weather conditions, and the physical ability to bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
