Job summary

Xiente in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an IPS Activity Coordinator to lead youth ages 10–18 in our Intensive Prevention Services program. You will plan structured, trauma-informed activities, mentor participants, and work with families and IPS staff to support service plans.

Off-site events and community partnerships expand opportunities. Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, have strong communication skills, and are bilingual (Spanish/English).

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating youth activities, workshops, or groups.
• Experience with at-risk youth, families, or community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging youth activities aligned with IPS goals.
• Engage and mentor youth in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with IPS Case Managers, counselors, and leadership.
• Maintain attendance records and progress notes per requirements.
• Build community connections with local organizations and partners.
