Job summary

Contact Community Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated Youth Development Coordinator to assist in planning, implementing, evaluating, and delivering off-site youth programs. The role emphasizes academic enrichment, social-emotional support, and case management across ages 8–16 within school partnerships.

The position requires strong leadership, reliable data practices, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. Regular 35 hours per week with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in human services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in youth development and prevention programming for ages 8–16.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of 25 students throughout the school year.
• Collect program data and prepare required reports by due dates.
• Maintain youth case records and notes in the data system with accuracy.
• Provide daily check-ins with students and regular family contacts.
• Plan and facilitate weekly groups to support academics and social-emotional needs.
• Support classroom teachers with Individual Service Plans through push-in consultations.
• Occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
• Transport equipment, food, and supplies as needed by supervisor.
