Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 16+ or 18+ as per CAC ratio, per program guidelines.
• Completed semester units in CD, human services, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with children in group settings and diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurture children through purposeful programming to foster achievement and belonging.
• Maintain close supervision and organize activities by age/developmental needs.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in drop-in care settings.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and staff; engage volunteers as needed.
• Model safety, hygiene, and program standards; follow ADA where applicable.
• Attend meetings and trainings; report safely to supervisor about child development.
