Medinah Country Club is seeking a dedicated Youth Activities Manager to oversee daily pool operations and coordinate youth programs for our junior members and families.

The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment, leading a team, and collaborating with other departments to deliver memorable activities and events throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Experience in aquatics, recreation, youth programming, camps, childcare, hospitality, or related environment.
• Hands-on leadership with supervising, training, and supporting a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations and maintain a visible, approachable presence for members, families, and team members.
• Create a safe, welcoming, organized, and fun environment for our members and their families.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and support Youth Activities team members.
• Coordinate pool activities, games, programs, camps, and special events throughout the season.
• Coordinate junior programming across the Club and partner with other departments.
• Promote the annual youth programming calendar and upcoming activities.
