Job summary

Nemacolin is seeking a Kids Club Coordinator to guide daily programming, supervise activities, and create a welcoming, safe environment for children and families at the resort in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with leaders to deliver engaging experiences that families remember after their stay.

The role requires strong communication, high energy, and a genuine interest in working with kids. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is required, with flexible scheduling including evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior childcare or youth programming experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks (FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Welfare clearance, PA State Police).
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

You create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for younger guests and members while assisting families in fully enjoying their time at Nemacolin. As a Kids Club Coordinator, you guide daily programming, supervise activities, and ensure a welcoming environment where children feel excited, comfortable, and cared for. Through creativity, attentiveness, and strong safety awareness, you assist in delivering experiences that families remember long after their getaway ends.

• Friendly assistance for guests, members, and fellow associates
• Basic childcare support aligned with safety standards
• Additional programming support as assigned
