Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania is seeking a Kids Club Coordinator to create safe, engaging programs for young guests and provide support to families. You will guide daily programming, supervise activities, and help ensure a welcoming environment where children feel excited and cared for, with a focus on safety.

The role involves leading activities, maintaining structured routines, and collaborating with leadership on special programs and events while delivering high-quality guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior childcare or youth programming experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check including FBI fingerprinting and state clearances.
• Fluency in English and strong interpersonal communication.
• CPR certification or willingness to certify immediately.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, structured environment for supervised activities.
• Lead engaging daily programs to keep children active and entertained.
• Provide friendly guest and member interactions with children and parents.
• Supervise activities and maintain safety and order throughout programming.
• Support special programs and events coordinated by leadership.
• Assist guests and associates with basic childcare support as needed.

You create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for younger guests and members while assisting families in fully enjoying their time at Nemacolin. As a Kids Club Coordinator, you guide daily programming, supervise activities, and ensure a welcoming environment where children feel excited, comfortable, and cared for. Through creativity, attentiveness, and strong safety awareness, you assist in delivering experiences that families remember long after their getaway ends.

• Basic childcare support aligned with safety standards
• Additional programming support as assigned
