Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Clinical Supervisor / Team Leader in Madison County, NY for a nonprofit mental health organization serving youth and families. This is a full-time, hybrid role with up to 2-3 remote days per week.

Licensure required: NY LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC, with 2+ years of relevant experience. You will lead a multidisciplinary Youth ACT team, supervise staff, oversee treatment planning, and coordinate with SPOA and community partners.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC licensure is required.
• 2+ years of experience working with children, adolescents and families is preferred.
• Strong background in mental health treatment, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary Youth ACT clinical team, providing coaching, case consultation, and professional guidance.
• Oversee daily program operations, clinical service delivery, and administrative responsibilities.
• Coordinate and participate in client intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical services.
• Collaborate with SPOA coordinators to manage referrals and facilitate program admissions.
• Partner with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor treatment progress, clinical documentation, and compliance with program standards.
• Support crisis intervention, complex case management, and clinical decision-making.
• Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, with most responsibilities handled by telephone.
