Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is assisting Walton-based behavioral health services in recruiting a Clinical Supervisor/Team Leader for Youth ACT. You will supervise the Youth ACT team, coordinate intakes, and partner with SPOA to manage referrals, while guiding trauma-informed care for youth aged 10 to 20.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (up to 2-3 remote days), a salary range of $83,000 to $85,000, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active New York State license (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) required.
• 2 years working with youth and families preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Trauma-informed care knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise the Youth ACT team and team members.
• Coordinate and participate in program intakes.
• Partner with SPOA on referrals to the program.
• Collaborate with community programs and service providers.
• Support youth-guided, family-driven treatment approaches.
• Handle program administrative responsibilities and rotating on-call coverage.
