Job summary

Northern Rivers Family of Services seeks an onsite Program Assistant in Queensbury, NY. You will support patient-centered care for Youth ACT clients, from intake to discharge, reporting to the Program Director and coordinating daily administrative tasks.

The position emphasizes managing records, referrals, scheduling, budgeting support, and daily program operations while staying onsite and contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate's degree and three years of related experience preferred.
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track staff safety and monitoring system; respond to incidents.
• Manage medical records and support daily staff communication.
• Facilitate monthly billing reporting, insurance eligibility, and electronic clinical record reporting.
