Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, delivering in-community ABA-based behavioral health support for clients ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This is a direct care and supervisory role requiring strong clinical insight, precise documentation, and the ability to oversee ABA services, with differential

Qualifications

• Possess PA Behavior Specialist license or BCBA or ABA graduate cert.
• Graduate degree in ABA or psychology/social work/education/counseling with relevant experience.
• Able to obtain PA clearances (Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI).
• Licensed to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/ Psychologist).
• Experience in mental health direct services with youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor ITPs with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and progress updates.
