Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mountain operations, retail, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service focus and ability to handle multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department coverage at Badger Pass, overseeing Ticketing, Rentals, Ski School, and Lodge.
• Manage money room operations, cash handling, deposits, and petty cash.
• Administer payroll-related tasks and HR paperwork for on-site staff.
• Support leadership on special projects and ensure internal controls.
• Ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and efficient daily operations.
