Aramark is seeking a Retail Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day multi-site retail and catering operations within Yosemite Village. The role reports to the General Manager and directs all unit activities, with focus on client financial accountability and compliance with ARAMARK and client standards.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years progressive retail management experience preferred
• Bachelor Degree or an Associates Degree
• Ideal candidates will have experience in managing multiple points of sales and multiple retail sites
• 5-8 years experience with minimum of $5+M in managed volume
• Experience with strong financial acumen supported by successful P&L management
• Candidates must demonstrate experience managing salaried individuals and soft skills to drive programs and develop careers
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written) with clients and staff
• Demonstrated attention to high quality standards and identifying defects in prep/service of food and implementing quality control

Responsabilidades

• Delivers strong operational performance by executing against regulatory and program standards, monitoring operations, and completing assessments and action plans to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client relationships at all levels, including rounding.
• Identifies ARAMARK service expansion opportunities.
• Provides direction and manages performance for Supervisors and front line employees, ensuring development and engagement.
• Develops operational component forecasts and explains variances; responsible for accounting functions.
• Ensures compliance with all contract obligations.
