Aramark at Badger Pass Yosemite is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the guest services department. Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager, you will coordinate front desk and concierge operations to deliver world-class service.

You will train staff, supervise 24/7 coverage, manage registrations, transportation, and communications, and ensure safety procedures and proper use of the property management system.

Formación

• Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to world class service.
• A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
• Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
• Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Preferably two years in hospitality services or similar environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Guest Services Support Staff to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinates registration functions and guest transportation.
• Trains Front Desk/Concierge staff using established programs.
• Oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world class service.
• Manages check-in/out, lobby programs and guest orientation.
• Ensures proper telephone service, PBX operation, and guest messaging.
• Coordinates reservations and uses the property management system.
• Designs and implements staff training and safety programs.
