Job summary

Aramark is seeking a results-driven manager for Badger Pass in Yosemite, overseeing mountain operations with a focus on service excellence and safety. You will lead multiple departments, maintain payroll and wage-hour compliance, and support leadership on key projects in a dynamic seasonal environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain DOT certification. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in leadership, customer service, or operations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles.
• Fluent computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn MEI/Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-departmental coverage at Badger Pass, overseeing multiple departments.
• Oversees cash handling, money room, deposits, and petty cash disbursement.
• Maintains wage-hour compliance and HR paperwork for local employees; administers payroll.
• Supports leadership on special projects and prepares daily hub packages.
• Ensures controls are intact and coordinates with Operations/Branch Manager.
• Communicates effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams; adapts to changing demands.
