Aramark is seeking a Rental Shop Supervisor for Badger Pass at Yosemite National Park. You will supervise Guest Services operations, coordinate registrations and transportation, and train staff to deliver world-class service in a winter resort setting.

Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. This seasonal onsite position involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations at the conference center.

Qualifications

• Requires a positive attitude and commitment to world-class guest service.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Guest Services staff to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinates registration and transportation for guests.
• Trains front desk/concierge staff per Aramark programs.
• Oversees lobby operations to ensure world-class service.
• Manages guest orientation and PBX/telephone service.
• Coordinates reservations and use of property management systems.
• Implements training and safety procedures for all staff.
• Maintains supplies and manages deposits and cash handling.
• Communicates with all departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
