Aramark is seeking a Lead Lift Attendant at Badger Pass Ski Area in Yosemite National Park, CA. You will oversee lift operations, ensure guest safety, and supervise Lift/Slope staff to maintain smooth flow on the lifts and at the base.

The role requires previous experience, supervisory ability, and a focus on customer service. You will train new hires, manage parking, and perform snow removal as needed to keep operations running safely.

Qualificações

• Previous experience is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must lift 50 pounds and capable of shoveling snow.
• Problem solving skills with a positive attitude.
• Driver’s license required.
• Current First Aid Card and CPR required.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend instruction manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the flow of guests in, on, and around the ski lifts and parking lots.
• Coordinate breaks for Lift/Slope Persons.
• Assist in handling escalated guest inquiries.
• Assigns daily tasks to staff and ensures that tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Work with management to utilize complete productivity on the floor at all times.
• Train new hires on systems, overall safety, and job responsibilities.
• Must safely operate large machinery.
• Assist in parking lot operations.
• Help guests load and unload belongings from cars and lifts.
• Ensure the equipment is up to date in its maintenance requirements.
• Perform snow removal when assigned.
• Greet guests and check lift tickets.
• Update the lift logs daily with accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
