Job summary

Alo Yoga in Dallas is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the ALO experience and brand mission. You’ll educate guests on products, features, fabrics, and care while building genuine connections and driving store sales goals.

You’ll work as part of a team, participate in store initiatives, manage replenishment, and maintain floor standards. Expect 32–40 hours weekly, open availability, including the busy holiday period.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Able to stand and move for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Provide authentic brand experience for every guest.
• Educate customers about products, features, fabrics and care.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership on reports to strategize and improve results.
• Ensure front and back-of-house procedures follow policy.
