ALO is seeking a part-time, non-exempt sales associate at our Dallas store. You will engage customers, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment while supporting daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a client-centric sales role, a passion for service, and the capacity to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts. Be ready to work 30 hours weekly and participate in busy holiday periods.

• Maintain store appearance and assist with floor coverage.
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture.
• Assist in processing shipments and replenishment.
