Alo Yoga in Tulsa seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate guests on products, and support store goals. You will thrive in a team-driven environment, stay active on the sales floor, and help on merchandising, replenishment, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to receive feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Physical ability to stand and move throughout a shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Create an authentic ALO experience and educate customers about products and community.
• Maintain engaging and easy-to-shop environment for guests.
• Build client relationships daily and follow up on opportunities.
• Analyze reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Ensure floor coverage and executing visual merchandising and replenishment as needed.
• Educate guests on product, culture, and store initiatives.
