Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Leader in Dallas to drive inventory accuracy, oversee receiving and replenishment, and uphold visual standards on the sales floor. You will lead the team, coordinate with store leadership, and ensure smooth stockroom operations while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Expect a full-time role (32–40 hours weekly) with variable shifts including peak days and weekends, plus generous benefits and store incentives as part of the team at ALO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Ability to lead an operations team and recruit/train staff.
• Strong communication and collaboration with store leadership.
• Align with ALO’s guiding principles and high energy.
• Willingness to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to close process gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and stockroom standards.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Partner with leaders on reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
