Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Los Angeles is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support the studio experience, oversee operations, and uphold health and safety standards. You will collaborate with the Studio Manager to grow memberships, manage front desk activities, and ensure smooth use of studio systems.

The role requires a flexible 18–29 hour schedule per week, strong customer service, and the ability to train and support the Studio Experience Team.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values; strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Familiar with studio systems: HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and seniority levels.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and prioritizes under deadlines.
• Self-starter who can take on new projects with enthusiasm.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Initiative and prioritization are essential.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the world class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations.
• Work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the studio.
• Lead orientation and training for the Studio Experience Team.
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, online reservations, HRIS, help desk).
• Assist with teaching schedule and subbing as needed.
