Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a part-time Studio Coordinator to support a world-class studio experience. You will coordinate studio operations, help uphold health standards, and assist in growth initiatives alongside the Studio Manager.

You will rotate through responsibilities including front desk guidance, teaching (if certified), inventory, and SET recruitment. Enjoy a supportive environment with growth opportunities and benefits aligned with studio presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire these values in others.
• Support the Studio Manager in achieving studio goals including membership growth, retail, community outreach, recruitment and programming enrollment.
• Commit to a flexible schedule of 18–29 hours per week in studio for operations coordination and teaching (if certified).
• Coordinate and execute health, safety and cleanliness protocols in the studio; maintain CPY standards.
• Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train on cleanliness and role expectations.
• Teach a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and support subbing as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between Studio Manager and teaching/SET teams for training and scheduling.
