Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold high health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and local programming while learning the business and developing key operations skills.

This entry-level role offers 18–29 hours per week with potential for growth, and requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities within a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• BA/BS preferred; Yoga certifications encouraged.
• Proficiency with studio systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of CorePower Yoga values at all times.
• Support Studio Manager in growth efforts (memberships, retail, outreach, recruitment, programming).
• Maintain a flexible 18–29 hour weekly studio schedule.
• Serve as studio point of contact when Studio Manager is absent.
• Assist in inventory and cleanliness responsibilities to ensure studio readiness.
• Engage with the studio community and greet students by name.
• Support teaching staff with POS and pre/post class duties.
