Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world‑class studio experiences, coordinate operations, and uphold health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail, and community programs while maintaining a flexible 18–29 hour weekly schedule.

Preferred candidates hold a Yoga Alliance 200‑hour certification, have customer service experience, and are proficient with studio systems such as HRIS and POS.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Experience in customer service and ability to engage the studio community.
• College degree (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower values and inspire others.
• Support the Studio Manager to achieve goals including membership growth and programming enrollment.
• Commit to a flexible schedule of 18–29 hours per week in studio and support operations coordination.
• Coordinate studio operations and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on protocols.
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week if certified and assist with subbing as needed.
