Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations, patient customer service, and a vibrant community experience. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, manage front desk activities, and ensure health and safety standards.

The role requires teaching at least 6 classes weekly (if certified), strong communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining studio systems and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt training preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and roles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize under deadlines.
• Self-starter capable of taking on new projects.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• College degree (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio goals (membership growth, retail, community outreach, recruitment, and programming enrollment).
• Maintain a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in studio, including health and safety execution, front desk guidance, and team support.
• Handle studio operations, guest relations, and inventory to ensure a high-quality student experience.
• Assist in training and onboarding Studio Experience Team members, including cleanliness protocols and role expectations.
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, reservations, HRIS, help desk tasks).
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub when needed.
