Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support studio operations, member growth, and a safe, welcoming environment. You will work with the Studio Manager to coordinate scheduling, teaching (if certified), POS, and customer service, while upholding CorePower values and delivering a premier student experience.

The role requires 18–29 hours per week in-studio work, strong communication, and familiarity with studio systems.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize under deadlines.
• Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of CorePower Yoga core values at all times.
• Support Studio Manager to achieve goals: membership, retail, outreach, recruitment and programming.
• Commit to 18-29 hours per week in studio, with flexibility.
• Run studio operations when Studio Manager is not present.
• Maintain studio inventory, cleanliness, towels and amenities.
• Engage with the studio community and greet students by name.
• Assist SET team with interviewing, hiring, scheduling and training.
• Lead Orientation for new SET members on cleanliness and expectations.
• Coordinate studio systems: POS, online reservations, HRIS, help desk.
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower classes per week or sub as needed.
