Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold top health and safety standards. You will partner with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment while learning the business and growing the studio’s capabilities.

The role requires a strong customer-service background, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible 18–29 hour per week schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, POS and scheduling.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move around the studio as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and front desk, greeting students by name.
• Assist with scheduling, memberships, and sub-teaching when certified.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory; ensure a safe, welcoming space.
• Coordinate health, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the studio.
• Train and oversee Studio Experience Team members and interview applicants.
