Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support studio operations, maintain health and safety standards, and nurture a welcoming environment for students. This entry-level role works with the Studio Manager to drive growth, manage memberships, retail, and programming enrollment.

Key responsibilities include front desk leadership, POS operation, team coordination, and assisting in teaching schedules (if certified).

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value; excellent oral communication and professionalism are required.
• Experience in Customer Service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, POS, intranet, scheduling and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga values at all times.
• Assist Studio Manager to achieve membership growth, retail sales, community outreach and programming enrollment.
• Maintain 18–29 hour weekly schedule in studio for operations coordination and teaching (if certified).
• Serve as studio point of contact for students and staff when Manager absent.
• Maintain studio supply inventory and cleanliness to ensure comfort for students.
• Greet students by name and foster strong community at the front desk.
• Assist teachers with POS and pre/post class duties.
• Coordinate studio systems including POS, reservations, HRIS, and help desk tasks.
• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week if certified and support subbing as needed.
