Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Santa Clara is seeking a Studio Coordinator to help deliver a world-class studio experience. You will support studio operations, health and safety standards, and front desk guidance, while partnering with the Studio Manager to reach membership, retail and community goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, teaching when certified, inventory management, and fostering a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere for students and staff in the studio.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and guide student experience.
• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week if certified.
• Coordinate health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
• Assist Studio Manager with scheduling and SET team management.
• Greet students and foster community at the front desk.
• Maintain inventory of studio supplies.
