Ritual Hot Yoga is seeking a full-time Yoga Studio Concierge to be the face of the studio, welcoming members in a transaction-free environment and guiding newcomers to the practice. The role combines front-of-house service, sales, and merchandise-related duties with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for yoga and a strong background in sales and merchandising, plus a Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or business.

• Flexibility to work weekday evening shifts and both part-time or full-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at front-of-house, ensuring a transaction-free, welcoming environment.
• Introduce new clients to the practice and setting during shifts.
• Address membership and billing concerns with professionalism and clarity.
• Attend to immediate student needs and support class logistics in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and support general studio operations.
