Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga is looking for a Sales Concierge who is passionate about building community and delivering an exceptional guest experience at our San Francisco studio. The role introduces new clients to the practice, educates them on offerings, signs up private sessions and retail products, and supports studio operations with a positive, high-energy team.

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in hospitality or business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have a passion for yoga and a strong background in sales and merchandising.
• The concierge position requires flexibility, strong decision-making skills, a positive team mentality, and the ability to deliver exceptional student service.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new clients to the practice and setting, sign up students and members for private sessions, educate students on retail, and support studio operations.
• Multi-task class logistics during a fast-paced, high-energy evening with a focus on student satisfaction and sales tracking.
