Job summary

LIT Life + Yoga is seeking a part-time front desk associate to join our welcoming studio. In this role you will greet students, manage memberships, and support classes and workshops using MindBody and MS Office tools.

You should be passionate about yoga and delivering excellent customer service, with a willingness to go above and beyond. Perks include free yoga classes, retail discounts, and a 401k after one year.

Qualifications

• Customer service and engagement are essential.
• A passion for yoga is required.
• Microsoft Office, Outlook and MindBody experience preferred.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a great student experience.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and leveraging MindBody for studio operations.
• Greeting and engaging with students and building professional relationships.
• Communicating membership and class information to students.
• Supporting workshops and events.
• Assisting with retail merchandising and replenishment.
• Handling transactions for retail and apparel.
• Maintaining studio cleanliness and coordinating monthly cleaning.
• Updating internal and external communications about studio updates and promotions.
• Capturing in-studio photography for sharing on brand social channels.
