Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Yoga Studio Concierge to be the face of the studio. You will welcome students in a luxury, transaction-free environment and help manage front-of-house operations.

The role includes introducing new clients to the practice, assisting with studio maintenance, addressing membership and billing concerns, supporting class logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service during weekday evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or business.
• Strong background in sales and merchandising.
• Excellent customer service and front-of-house skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work weekday evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Ritual Hot Yoga, welcoming students in a luxury, transaction-free environment.
• Introduce new clients to the practice and studio setting.
