Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to drive 60–100 memberships per month across a 2/3-studio area. You will build relationships, convert inquiries, and deliver an exceptional student experience while collaborating with Area/Studio/District Managers. Some travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

This full-time role emphasizes energy, hospitality, and community, with opportunities to promote the CorePower Yoga brand, earn commission, and access benefits.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial/self-starter required.
• Excellent sales, written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitude.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Technically savvy with MS Office.
• Ability to close a sale and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students and facilitate CorePower Yoga experience.
• Generate leads from classes, events and inquiries.
• Follow up and drive membership conversion.
• Support in-studio and market engagement and activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and partnerships.
• Know top students and deliver hospitality at a high level.
• Maintain marketing materials and supplies.
• Communicate pertinent information to leadership.
• Drive shared membership and student financial goals.
• Own the student experience in the studio and resolve issues.
• Learn and use POS system and train instructors on selling.
