Job summary

Intel in Arizona Ocotillo Technology Fabrication site seeks a Module Team Leader in the Yield Department. You will lead engineers and technicians, partnering with Yield, Process Engineering and Production to ensure consistent results and drive yield improvements across the organization.

This role requires a strong engineering background with 7+ years in process/yield management and a Bachelor’s or higher in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of process/yield engineering management in wafer fabrication.
• Master's/PhD with 5+ years of management in wafer fabrication.
• Knowledge of process flow and equipment troubleshooting.
• Model-based problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, development, and employee relations of engineers and technicians.
• Partner with Yield, Process Engineering, Production leaders to operate as one team and ensure consistent results.
• Lead Ocotillo organization to improve yield performance and influence results.
• Own roadmap to meet safety, quality, yield, training, and employee relations goals.
• Drive and lead the factory on key yield vectors toward best-in-class performance.
• Model Ocotillo culture and set expectations to live the culture.
