The role oversees engineers and technicians, driving cross-functional collaboration with Yield, Process Engineering, and Production leadership to achieve high yield performance. The ideal candidate will lead with strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills, shaping the team’s development, training, and safety culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Microelectronics, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Optical, Statistics/Data Science, Chemistry or Physics with 7+ years of yield engineering management experience in wafer fabrication.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in the same range with 5+ years of experience in process/yield management in wafer fabrication.
• Knowledge of process flow and equipment troubleshooting.
• Model-based problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, development, and employee relations of engineers and technicians.
• Partner with Yield, Process Engineering, and Production leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Lead and influence Ocotillo Technology Fabrication organization to improve yield performance.
• Drive and manage the roadmap to meet safety, quality, and yield goals.
