As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll work directly with these local businesses to help them achieve their goals through Yelp's advertising programs. You'll contact small business owners via phone to understand their needs and customize sales strategies accordingly. Our success is measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, manage rejection, and thrive in a supportive virtual environment.
Two-month initial training with ongoing career development through the Yelp Sales Development Program. Learn sales techniques, CRM tools, and internet advertising for SMBs.
First-year earnings range from $50k-$65k, with potential to reach $112k as a top performer. Includes base salary, uncapped commissions, comprehensive health plans, PTO, parental leave, wellness reimbursements, retirement plans, and stock options.
