About Yelp

Yelp was created to connect people with great local businesses. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll work directly with these local businesses to help them achieve their goals through Yelp's advertising programs. You'll contact small business owners via phone to understand their needs and customize sales strategies accordingly. Our success is measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, manage rejection, and thrive in a supportive virtual environment.

Responsibilities
  • Educate and sell Yelp advertising programs through outbound calls.
  • Manage a pipeline of clients using Salesforce CRM.
  • Work remotely on a set weekday schedule.
  • Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions and adapt to client needs.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively.
Qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years customer-facing experience or Bachelor's Degree.
  • No fear of using the phone for sales.
  • Proficiency with computers, email, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
Training & Development

Two-month initial training with ongoing career development through the Yelp Sales Development Program. Learn sales techniques, CRM tools, and internet advertising for SMBs.

Compensation & Benefits

First-year earnings range from $50k-$65k, with potential to reach $112k as a top performer. Includes base salary, uncapped commissions, comprehensive health plans, PTO, parental leave, wellness reimbursements, retirement plans, and stock options.
