Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join a boutique food and beverage lifestyle group on the East Coast with full-time hours and housing provided in the Hamptons. The GM will lead BOH/FOH operations, drive superb guest experiences, and manage budgets and payroll in partnership with the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in high-volume or upscale dining.
• Proven track record in team leadership, training, and guest service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring elevated service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and develop FOH staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and growth.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu rollouts, service flow, and operational planning.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, labor controls, purchasing, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a pristine environment.
