Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our boutique East Coast restaurant group in the Hamptons. This full-time role includes housing and a focus on guest experience, team development, and financial performance.

You will oversee FOH operations, train staff, partner with the Executive Chef on menus, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards. Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays expected; housing makes this a unique, full-time

Competenze

7+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in high-volume or upscale dining.
Proven track record in team leadership, training, and guest service excellence.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and cost controls.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring elevated service standards and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and develop FOH staff, fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.
Partner with the Executive Chef on menu rollouts and service flow.
